Yes - we can do a same-day incorporation, provided we have all the necessary information. The price for this starts at £150 + VAT. If the incorporation is not required on a same-day basis, then our standard fee starting at £100 + VAT would apply. The ProSec fee includes all the fees charged by Companies House.

Yes, If you take up our CoSec Services package we will manage all of your company registers on your behalf. If we are also providing a registered office address for you, we will ensure that a copy of all your company registers are available for inspection at your registered office. If you wish to keep physical company registers (which we would not recommend), we will charge an additional £100 per annum for storing these and keeping them updated. If you currently have physical company registers but wish them to be digitised, we can do this for a minimal additional fee.

Yes. We have not referred to LLPs on the website as they represent a small percentage of legal entities of companies incorporated in the UK. However, in general, the services we are providing and the pricing will be the same for an LLP as for a private limited company.

ProSec are obliged by law to carry out AML (anti-money laundering) checks on any new client by running KYC checks on the PSCs and any Director we are dealing with directly who is not a PSC. We use an e-verification tool to carry out all of our AML checks which makes it much quicker and simpler for you. For each individual, we need photo ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of address from the last 3 months. We update our AML checks every 12 months.
