Yes - we can do a same-day incorporation, provided we have all the necessary information in time to meet the Companies House cut off. We need out Company Incorporation form completed, KYC documents for Directors and PSCs and payment settled before we can incorporate the company.

If you take up our annual CoSec Services package we will manage all of your company digital registers on your behalf. If we are also providing a registered office address for you, we will ensure that a digital copy of all your company registers are available for inspection at your registered office. If you wish to keep physical company registers (which we would not recommend), we will charge an additional £100 per annum for storing these and keeping them updated. If you currently have physical company registers but wish them to be digitised, we can do this for an additional fee.

Yes. We have not referred to LLPs on the website as they represent a small percentage of legal entities of companies incorporated in the UK. However, in general, the services we are providing and the pricing will be the same for an LLP as for a private limited company.
